Quake Bots

Multiplayer Quake 1 is much better than the single player version of the game. If yo've not played it deathmatch then you've simply not played it! If you have then you'll be wanting to play it more.

But what if you can't afford to be online long enough to play it as much as you want? What if you don't have a Local Area Network? What if you don't have any friends? Well the simple solution is to let your computer be your friend! There are artificial deathmatch quake players available for you to run on your own computer. These bots utilise artificial intelligence to put up a mean fight against you on any quake level. They learn the maps as they go along meaning that if you have any non-standard maps, then they'll still be able to play you. They don't cheat either!
